Rooms and continental breakfast
Arden House B&B is a small guesthouse situated opposite Musselburgh Old Golf Course, just to the east side of the town. It is a leisurely ten minute stroll into the centre and directly on the bus route straight into Edinburgh City Centre or eastwards towards the beauty of East Lothian.
All our room prices include a continental breakfast which is delivered to your bedroom door each morning. This includes cereal, fruit, yoghurt, toast, croissants and a selection of hot food. We no longer have a dining room for full cooked breakfasts.
This year we have 3 rooms available for B&B:
1. Large double/family room ensuite sleeping up to 5 (max 3 adults, max 3 children)
2. Spacious triple room (King bed and sofa bed) sleeping up to 3, with a shared shower room.
3. Twin ensuite
There is space in all rooms for a cot and in the large family room for an extra fold up bed. Please call to discuss these options.
As can be seen from the photographs we are on the main road into Musselburgh, handy for access and travel. The bus to Edinburgh City Centre stops directly outside the property and runs every 20 mins, taking (officially) 38 mins to Princes Street.
